TANK CAPACITY:
3000 USG + 3% Outage

DESIGN:
Design shall withstand 25-PSI internal pressure and 15 PSIG external pressure (full vacuum) and shall meet all the requirements of Section VIII Division 1 of the A.S.M.E. Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. National Board Registered. Tank to be designed and constructed in full compliance with Department of Transportation Specification DOT407/412

4" SS Girard pressure vent, 25 PSIG setting mounted top of tank.

PRIMARY SHUT-OFF:
20” diameter internal shut-off with 16” stainless steel float disc assembly, 14” rubber seat and 8” flanged outlet.


BAFFLE:
One anti surge mounted on reinforcing pad.

RINGS:
Circumferential reinforcement rings with tank support feet.

OVERTURN PROTECTION:
Front, center, and rear 4" pipe construction overturns with reinforcement pads and gussets

MANWAY:
20" diameter located top of tank.

LIQUID LEVEL INDICATOR:
Stainless Steel construction rotary float gauge with 6” float ball assembly located on rear head.

REAR DOOR:
Hydraulic full opening rear door assembly with 6 heavy duty wing clamps, neoprene rubber rear door gasket, double acting hydraulic cylinder and safety brace.

SUCTION VALVE:
6" Betts air operated valve with 6" sand pipe / deflector plate assembly, aluminum Kamlok fittings mounted on rear head.

DISCHARGE VALVE:
6" Betts air operated valve with aluminum Kamlok fittings mounted on rear head.

LOADING NOZZLE:
6” rear loading nozzle with wear sleeve and aluminum Kamlok fittings

ISOLATION VALVE:
8” air operated butterfly valve between primary and cyclone with PTO interconnect.

FILTRATION SYSTEM SINGLE MODE:
Single 42” diameter steel cyclone assembly with swing up top access cover, hydraulic lift cylinder and hold down clamps.

Single 42” diameter steel bag house assembly with 29-4” x 59” Acrylic coated bags, oil/moisture repellent, air cannon pulsation with hydraulic lift cylinder and hold down clamps.

20" diameter washable inline S.S./fiber filter element, 100 micron for protection of blower

SILENCERS:
12" intake and exhaust silencers.

BLOWER PIPING:
Single 8" diameter with 8" quick disconnect rubber boot assembly


BLOWER VALVING:
4" brass manual vacuum relief valve and 12" inline check valve assembly

BLOWER SPECIFICATIONS:
Roots DVJ 721 Blower 3658 CFM free air rating, 2850CFM @ 18"Hg, 27"Hg maximum vacuum

DRIVE:
Driven from air shift transfer case.

PRESSURE UNLOADING SYSTEM:
Moro PM80 air cooled vacuum/pressure pump (350 CFM free air 28" Hg) hydraulically driven from 6 bolt air shift PTO with 3" air operated isolation butterfly valve, 3" diameter no disconnect piping, 4" secondary moisture trap filter and muffler/oil trap assembly.

HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR:
Mounted on hydraulic dump sub-frame with suction strainer, diffuser, fill cap, hydraulic oil filters and sight glass.

HYDRAULIC DUMP SYSTEM:
Full length hydraulic dump sub-frame with 20 ton, 120" stroke 3 stage single acting dump cylinder, rear dump pivot assembly and safety brace.

VIBRATOR:
Hydraulic vibrator assembly mounted bottom of tank with reinforcing pad, heavy duty mounting channel, pressure relief valve and variable speed control.

HYDRAULIC CONTROLS:
3-spool valve body for control of hydraulic dump, rear door, filtration system, vibrator and pressure unloading system.

GAUGES:
Mastervac gauge panel assembly with tank vacuum/pressure gauge, hydraulic pressure gauge and filter element vacuum gauges.

SIDE TRAYS:
Full-length side boxes for hose storage / fender assembly with anti-sail mud-flaps and rear tire skirt.

TRIM:
Ladder assembly, four numbered placards, 25' static line and steel toolbox assembly.

LIGHTING:
DOT lighting with three lamp rear module assembly, clearance lamps, reflectors, three in a row clearance markers, two rear spotlights and one rear amber rotating beacon.

BUMPER:
DOT rear bumper for protection of external valves with platform/step assembly and rear dirt shield.



PAINTING:
The entire tank and body of the vacuum system shall be sandblasted and primed with two (2) coats of primer and painted with two (2) coats of urethane paint.
